unoriginal title about it being half term

IT'S HALF TERMMMM
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

It's weird it seems like just yesterday it was Christmas, the weeks have passed so damnnn fast! Valentines day has been and gone...I bloody hate Valentines day. As cynical as that sounds I really don't see the point in it, it's just an excuse for people to either complain because they're 'lonely' or brag about not being lonely. But anyyywaaaayyy......

James and I went to the theatre to see A Midsummer Nights Dream the other day...it was well done but neither of us really understood what was going on...I even goggled "a midsummer nights dream for kids" before hand to try and get a really easy to read type plot summary but that did not help. I sat there the whole time wondering what was going on.......oh well, it was a fun experience anyhow and I love going to the theatre! Speaking of the theatre I'm going to see Blood Brothers tonight yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! I think I mentioned this in my previous post; I got tickets for Christmas and the day has finally comeeeee! We're going to my cousins house (he lives right next to the theatre and is coming with us) to have dinner before hand which should be cool. We don't often see him so that'll be niceeeee!

It was Lucy's birthday the other day and she had a little party/gathering/meal thing last night. I ended up having to leave really early though cos my parents didn't wanna pick me up late, I was in bed by like half 11, I'm so cool....despite that though it was fun timessss, I ate this massive pizza and now feel as if I should do some sort of exercise to burn off those calories, we did walk to her house afterwards, that counts as exercise right? ;) I'm literally so un fit it's un frickinnnn real. One of my new years resolutions was to 'go on a jog at least once a week.' Since January 1st I have been on ONE jog, no joke, it's so bad. I keep saying I'll join a gym or some exercise class but I know it will never happen because of lot's of different reasons which I keep going over in my head to justify not doing any exercise ;) The main reason really is that I don't live near a gym and haven't learnt to drive so can't really get there..hmmmm. I wish there was something I could do around where I live that I actually enjoy! Because quite frankly I frickin hate jogging, a 20 minute jog is such an ordeal for me, last time I ended up feeling physically sick by the end of it. Jeez I don't know when this turned into me ranting about my non existent exercise regime ;)

Soooo during this half term I plan to lie in a lot which unfortunately didn't happen today, I woke up really early feeling quite sick unable to get back to sleep...sad timeeeees. I'm also hopefully going to visit maaa lovely pal Jess at some point! And it's my Nan's 92nd birthday next Saturday which is ammazzzing and I think there's some sort of party going on for that, massive rave I bet, jk jk. (Oh god, you know your blog is lame when you start writing 'jk jk.') Other than that I'm just chillling....it's so nice to have a week off just doing nothing!

I'm getting back into blogging again, I might start doing one of those challenge things again like I did in the summer...I know, I know, just like the title of this post that's really unoriginal! Buttttt it made for some sort of interesting posts and motivated me to actually write! Hmmmmmm, I'll think about it...

Anyway right, that's about it, I'm gonna go and read my book, have a fabulous week. xx

revision and school and that

So I haven't posted in yonks.
haha, yonks.

Anyway yeah, sorry. Not that anyone really cares but ya knowwwwwwwww....Christmas and New Year happened and they were both good. They feel like so long ago now though...I got an iphone for Christmas which was fab, it means I can capture moments like this:
And take wannabe indie photos and upload them to Instagram:
What more could you want in life? ;)

Anyway yeah. I've really got out of the swing of blogging...hmmm.

School has happened which surprisingly hasn't been too bad. Although we did a Psychology mock right after Christmas and I got an E...lolfail. It was a bit of a disappointment but however cliche it says you do learn from your mistakes...and I'm slowly but surely getting better at Psychology, I just need to put more effort into it and not keep saying "I'm so bad at Psychology" because that doesn't help. I'm really scared for exams though, its weird like how fast this year has gone and how much stuff there's going to be to revise. I might start revising in half term..I want to do well so badly and I really think I can do okay if I put my mind to it. Only doing three subjects really helps too because I have lots of frees which I spend in the library like a neeeeeeeeeeerd. But it's good because most of the time I'm actually productive. Oooooh I also PASSED MATHSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Yaaaaaaaaaaay! Although it was like weeks ago I found out it still makes me :)))))))) because I (and everybody else who did the retake with me) really deserved to get a C and most of us did and it was great and my Auntie sent me congratulations card which was really sweet of her. It's such a weight off my mind and although a C in GCSE Maths is, in the grand scheme of things, not that important and some people would cry if they got that because they could do so much better, but to me (and maa fam) a C in Maths was like THE biggest achievement. It's like something I've never ever, ever been good at and without actually trying I could have failed over and over again. So I'm really pleased that my hard work paid off and I never have to stupid Maths again (soz if you like Maths.)

My mind is like really disorganized at the moment because I just don't really know what I want to do with my life at all. I know I'm only 17, I'm not like in some mid life crisis or something ;) but it's just that in a years time I'm almost gonna be finished school...like finished it completely. That thought scares me so much....the idea of going to University scares me and leaving my friends and potentially even leaving home...it's all such a massive deal and it would be exciting if I knew what I wanted to do afterwards. I wish I was one of those people who have like a set goal or some specific profession they want to go into. Because at the moment I just don't know...a part of me would really want to do something to do with Religion at Uni. I'm not religious in the slightest but I do Philosophy & Ethics now and it interests me loads like what's right and wrong and why people chose to believe in God...to some people that's the most boring thing ever but I find it all really cool. But then I think doing something more vocational like social work or counselling would be fab...possibly even teaching. I love the idea of working with people every day and like helping them and stuff...I genuinely think it'd be so fulfilling and my Mum does that kinda thing and can't get enough of it ;) haha....hmmm so many decisionssss to make, I think I need to just focus on the now more though and enjoy every day as best I can and do as well as I can and get some experience and stuff and then hopefully things will just like fall into place.....oh god..cheesy over load.
I've probably shared too much personal stuff in this but hey ho...nobody even reads this

On a completely different note, I'm going to see Blood Brothers soon which I'm mega exicted for...I got tickets for Christmas and as lame as it sounds I absolutely love going to the theatre! Because I do Drama at school too I can class going as 'homework' haha...

Anyway yes this should end now..
hope you're having a happy Tuesday
